Lo studio di fattibilitą per la riconversione di un manufatto esistente in hotel e residenze ha come obiettivo la valorizzazione degli spazi aperti tramite l'uso dell'acqua e del verde.
Fontane, specchi d'acqua, piscine ed un'attenta progettazione degli spazi verdi valorizzano il complesso creando un'atmosfera di forte suggestione.
Gli edifici vengono riconvertiti all'uso previsto tramite l'utilizzo di materiali naturali come il legno e la pietra.
The feasibility study for the conversion of an existing building into hotel and residential use aims at enhancing the value of the open spaces through the use of water and vegetation. The careful planning of water fountains, reflective pools, swimming pools and green spaces adds value to the complex by creating a dramatic atmosphere. The building complex is retrofitted into its new function by using natural materials like wood and stone.
